This coffee is a snapshot of place, grown at Mi Finquita, a high-elevation farm run by Ratibor and Tessie Hartmann, part of Panama’s legendary coffee lineage. Perched between 1,650 and 2,000 meters in the Boquete highlands, the Geisha grown here benefits from cool air, tropical biodiversity, and careful, slow natural processing over 15 to 22 days.
During quality control, this lot showed remarkable clarity and structure. Hot, it offered bright mango and passionfruit. As it cooled, peach and tropical notes emerged, finishing with juicy mango and a full, fruit-saturated body — without leaning into over-fermentation.
We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect a vibrant, tropical profile with clarity, juiciness, and elegance from first sip to last.
