This coffee is a snapshot of place, grown in the highlands of Tierras Altas, where cool temperatures, rich volcanic soil, and heavy rainfall create ideal conditions for exceptional Geisha. At 1,700 meters above sea level, this lot from Farm Alpes was harvested in February 2025 and processed using a classic washed method, followed by 10 days of slow drying on raised beds to preserve clarity and elegance.

We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect a creamy, clean cup with delicate florals and fresh complexity, an elegant expression of Panamanian terroir.
