This coffee is a snapshot of place, grown at extreme elevations in Anasora, Guji, where Elto Sama Station sits among the cloud-kissed hills of Sidama Bensa. Here, 500–750 smallholder farmers carefully tend 1–2 hectare plots, using traditional organic methods that produce cherries with exceptional sweetness and clarity.

Led by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene, Elto Sama is bringing the region’s potential into full focus. With backgrounds in cupping, processing, and agronomy, they work closely with farmers to improve both quality and returns — showcasing what Guji’s highlands are capable of when tradition and technique align.

We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect floral aromatics and honey sweetness, layered with nectarine, lychee, and a refined earl grey finish, delicate yet vivid, a testament to elevation and care.
