This coffee is a snapshot of place, grown at Campo Hermoso, the innovative farm of Edwin Noreña in Quindío. A Q-Grader, COE judge, and processing pioneer, Edwin crafted this lot using a carbonic maceration co-fermentation technique, enhancing fruit intensity and creating a deeply sweet, expressive profile.
We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect intense red fruits, red candy, and a sweet, juicy acidity that makes each cup feel vibrant and alive.
