This coffee is a snapshot of place — grown at Finca Nogales in the highlands of Pitalito, where native tree shade and rich soils support slow, balanced cherry maturation. With a focus on responsible practices and biodiversity, the Nogales family applies a meticulous extra washed process: pasteurizing cherries to release sugars, followed by a five-day fermentation with pre-fermented yeast.

We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect plum and chocolate richness balanced by raw cane sweetness and red fruit tea clarity, with a silky body and long, refined finish.
