This geisha was grown on the Glenmalure section of Ngila Estate, which focuses on the cultivation of specialty coffees.

As part of Ngila’s washed coffee processing, this coffee was sorted by hand, pulped, then fermented as parchment for 12 hours. After that, the beans were washed, then dried on raised beds for 8 to 13 days depending on how dry the weather is.
