This coffee is a snapshot of place — grown in Alto Ihuamaca near the San Ignacio conservation area, where young Geisha trees thrive in rich mountain soils. Producer Clever Neyra inherited this land from his father, resting the soil for five years before replanting with Geisha and Bourbon in 2020. On his small 1.5-hectare farm, Clever works alongside family members, focusing on careful cultivation and precise post-harvest practices.

After depulping, the cherries ferment for 24–36 hours before drying slowly for around 10–12 days. The result is a clean and expressive cup that reflects both the highland terroir and the promise of these young trees.

We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect bright orange zest, sweet panela syrup, and delicate jasmine, rounded by notes of honey.
