David Munoz was born and raised in a coffee-producing environment, and his great-grandfather passed on this tradition.

David not only has a background as a coffee producer, but also has been engaged in production at Beneficio San Vicente Dry Mill for 15 years, so he has a deep understanding of all aspects of boutique coffee production.

The factory is run by Benjamin Paz, Arturo Paz and Fidel Paz, which has had a great impact on improving coffee quality and connecting producers with global roasters. It is the supplier of boutique coffee in Santa Barbara. The key hub of the chain.

This has led David's coffee to a good place in the Cup of Excellence, including the top 10 in the past and the top 15 in 2024.
