It was originally selected as the backup coffee for the Chinese competitor at the World Barista Championship in Busan, South Korea—a testament to its remarkable quality and unique character.

HP001 is a Catimor variety, carefully cultivated in the highlands of Yunnan, where rich soils and a unique microclimate nurture its complexity. This coffee undergoes a winey process, which enhances its deep, fruit-forward flavors and structured acidity. The result? A cup that is both vibrant and elegantly layered.
