This coffee is a snapshot of place, grown at 2,000 masl in Ethiopia’s Guji zone, where high altitude and heirloom varieties yield elegant, expressive cups. Gelo Saloye's careful cultivation of the Kurume variety results in a coffee with crisp clarity, refined sweetness, and layered fruit character.

We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect juicy plum,  black tea, and a burst of citrus, all wrapped in a clean, refreshing finish.
