Gemechu Shonora’s careful cultivation of the Kurume variety results in a coffee with crisp clarity, refined sweetness, and layered fruit character.

We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect black tea, juicy red fruits, and a burst of orange citrus, all wrapped in a clean, refreshing finish.
