Spectrum is the result of years of meticulous experimentation by Jamison Savage, using a precision-controlled carbonic maceration process that enhances sweetness and preserves delicate florals.
We’ve roasted it ultra-light to let the nuances shine. Expect mango, pineapple, nectarine, and jasmine — a cup that’s juicy, aromatic, and structured, finishing clean and lingering like a fine white Burgundy.
